At Xdyor, we take great care in packaging and shipping every handmade ceramic piece to ensure it arrives safely at your door.

Processing Time

All orders are hand-packed and prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days after your purchase. During peak seasons or holidays, processing may take up to 5 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order is dispatched.

  • Shipping costs are calculated based on weight, dimensions, and destination. You will see the exact rate at checkout before payment.
  • Free shipping is available for domestic orders over $60. This threshold may change and will be clearly displayed at checkout.

International OrdersFor orders outside Vietnam:

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or VAT charged by your country. These fees are not included in the shipping cost.
  • We are not liable for delays caused by customs clearance.

Packaging & Fragile Item Protection

Because every piece is handmade and unique, we package each ceramic item with extreme care:

  • Multiple layers of bubble wrap and foam padding
  • Sturdy double-wall boxes
  • “Fragile – Handle with Care” markings
  • Insurance coverage for the full order value

Order Tracking

You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships. You can track your package using the link provided or on the carrier’s website.

Shipping Delays

While we strive to deliver on time, unexpected delays can occasionally occur due to weather, carrier issues, or high-volume periods. We will keep you informed if any significant delay is expected.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and the damaged item. We will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
  • For lost packages, we will work with the carrier to investigate and will either resend your order or issue a full refund.
